• Outcome of the published plan was corporate approval and funding to rewrite the application in Visual Basic, resulting in a new product called Visual DARTS that was subsequently marketed to the client community.

• Supervised technology projects, technical staff, budgetary items and capital expenditures while providing strategic direction for two workers’ compensation based Third Party Administrators and Managed Care.
• Developed a staff that grew from 3 people with an annual budget of $500K in one location to a staff of 8 people with an annual budget of $2.5M in three locations over a 7 year period of time.
• Procured and implemented third party software (Fiserv/PDS) and managed all vendor activities to develop scalable infrastructure, continually enhance the application based upon defined business requirements and ensure.
• Successfully lead multiple conversion projects of varying size and scope through the entire project management and software development life cycle, including the transition to Year 2000 compliance.
