Directly responsible for the account management, business development, and project delivery activities of a $7 million dollar business unit providing enterprise software solutions to the commercial P&C insurance industry. • Designed, developed and executed account management strategies to achieve client satisfaction, quantify future growth opportunities and organically drive consulting revenue, all of which directly contributed to a 8-10% improvement over license and consulting budget forecast in calendar years 2005, 2006 and 2007. • Nurtured business relationships with C-level, VP and LOB executives of existing and potential clients, managed their delivery expectations and focused on assisting them in improving and expanding upon their operations by quantifying the value of consulting services and additional product integration.

Managed a PMO that successfully implemented $20M of major Information Technology (IT), Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and layered security systems solutions. Recruited to construct a strategic plan to enhance an internally developed document management/imaging system and position it to be competitive in the insurance marketplace.• Outcome of the published plan was corporate approval and funding to rewrite the application in Visual Basic, resulting in a new product called Visual DARTS that was subsequently marketed to the client community.

Supervised technology projects, technical staff, budgetary items and capital expenditures while providing strategic direction for two workers’ compensation based Third Party Administrators and Managed Care Organizations operating within Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky.• Developed a staff that grew from 3 people with an annual budget of $500K in one location to a staff of 8 people with an annual budget of $2.5M in three locations over a 7 year period of time.• Procured and implemented third party software (Fiserv/PDS) and managed all vendor activities to develop scalable infrastructure, continually enhance the application based upon defined business requirements and ensure compliance with increasingly complex state mandates. • Successfully lead multiple conversion projects of varying size and scope through the entire project management and software development life cycle, including the transition to Year 2000 compliance.
