Senior Account Services Administrator
CurrentIn addition to the duties of an Account Services Administrator;• On-board and train new clients within a predetermined deadline to the main “Operations” team for on-going servicing.• Educate and guide existing clients to additional service offerings that improve client satisfaction and lock-in.• Create client-specific ad/hoc documents for improved efficiencies, detailing step-by-step user-interface instructions, explanations of calculations and report flows, regulation citations, etc. • Initiate and lead internal projects to meet changing needs or structures. Identify the scope, timeline, data-sets and requirements and developing a project plan for approval. Serve as the project lead through completion or hand-off to technical resources for IT support.• Conduct beta testing for enhancements to in-house software system.
