Security Awareness & Engagement ManagerResponsible for delivery of innovative, targeted security awareness content for O2 UK.My employment history has given me a creative and people-focused skillset, enabling me to target the delivery of communications and awareness in line with the requirements of our standards and certifications. It's my job to take detailed, technical, security content and translate it to enable our people to understand the needs, requirements and reasons they need to adopt it.In my role I’m passionate about using creative approaches to the awareness content we deliver to our people, and I’ll try anything (within reason!) to get the message across. I believe it’s vital to avoid content fatigue, so I use video, animation, gamification, or our internal social media channels to keep it fresh. I try to explore creatively “different” or innovative approaches to ensure maximum impact and results that can be produced as evidence at audit for our Standards and Certifications. My programme has been recognised both internally and externally as delivering high quality, innovative content that has directly impacted our security capabilities, and we've seen true behavioural change in our people.I’ve worked for O2 since it was BT Mobile, and have stayed fresh by moving through different opportunities across the years.
