• Managed P&L for two large scale factories. Closed one factory after the operations were consolidated to Jingjiang location. • In addition to factory operations, I was also given a responsibility to lead sourcing in APAC and NEA regions.

• Expanded on the general manager role to integrate Chinese JV operations in Jingjiang into the Konecranes operational model. The total number of employees within these two factories was over 800 and the sales was about 100MEuros. • Implemented new technologies, evaluated and improved workflows, addressed health, safety, environment and quality issues, and implemented SAP.

• Led management for the P&L OF A FACTORY WITH 340 employees.• The factory produced mainly high volume of standard / mass customized mechanical and electrical crane components but also some low volume / custom designed electrical E-rooms for highly customized smart and ports cranes. • Increased delivery performance from 30% to 92% within the first four months even the volumes were record high.
