After a year of work I was transferred from Poland to assist with opening a new store in Munich.From the beginning I was in charge of recruiting and building a strong team. Immersed in all aspects involve with managing a multi-million dollar business for the company. Principle responsibilities are the same.

I’ve started as Manager in Training and was successfully promoted to Assistant Store Manage. Mainresponsibilities: • Successful managing of store, tracking the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annualobjectives.• Our store achieve 12% more loyalty program inscriptions in compare to our goal.• Creating reports, analyze and interpret retail KPIs.• Responsible for supervising and coaching a team of over 25 sales associates by cultivatingsales skills and helping them to grow in their performance.• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning, create a high level of in-storeexperience through the implementation of customer-centric strategies.• Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is functional and presentable• Recruiting and staffing, meeting temporary and seasonal needs.• Team up and build up, self inclusion• Store operations, office tasksBefore being transferred, our store made three quarters in a row sales plans. And we were able toachieve 10% to LY in sales.
