Management and development of common Business Finland data architecture. This covers the modelling and management of the data and data storages as well as data integrity and quality.

Finnish public sector organisations are using Togaf-based enterprise architecture (EA) model JHS 179. The first level of my responsibilities was to organize EA as it is defined in organization's EA operating model. My personal focus is in information architecture including concepts, conceptual models and logical data stores. Documentation is generated in pace of renewing information system field.Second level of my responsibilities was to serve as a administrator and a coordinator concerning DW- MD- and BI-systems. The cooperation with service provider meant actions during procurement process, maintenance and development plans, budgeting and most of all: being a coordinator between business and technology.Third level of my responsibilities was to serve as a handyman concerning all kind of information management issues. My strength is a ability to communicate in an understandable way in issues which might be quite abstracts to non technological employees.

As a project Manager I Initiated projects with internal stakeholders and gathered the information necessary to build the plan and budgetary estimates. As a experienced education information specialist, I helped internal stakeholders to build a sound scope to projects. Project Manager tasks included planning, budgeting, monitoring and reporting on the project.Managed project sizes were from tens of man-days to hundreds of man-days. The most important project produced a solution which integrated education processes from curricula to diploma. Solution is still at use in majority of the Finnish universities.I also had a managing role regarding the education administration system. My responsibilities was to ensure that maintenance of system worked: up to date defined operative processes, services concerning processes and user training. Co-operation with service provider, internal reports and official statistics were my personal duties.
