I am a communications professional who formerly honed his skills in live comms, experiential events and incentive travel in virtual, hybrid and in-person environments, with a pronounced passion for design and innovation. I have always enjoyed designing experiences from scratch and guiding clients through the process while meeting project and budget objectives. Being part of a remote-first company and culture at Perthex, my partners and I champion the gospel of 'new work'. The belief that work should strengthen us and allow each person to fulfill their potential. Under my stewardship, we developed our product metaWorX, a digital platform which puts the 'new work' theory into practice while addressing some of the biggest challenges businesses face today:- Shortage of skilled labor ("War for talent")- Slow adoption of digitalization- Employee satisfaction & retentionMy previous experience has, unorthodoxly, prepared me well for my current duties. It is a privilege to learn from my partners and colleagues every day and to have been able to pivot into a world, where I get flex my innovation muscle and lead our product unit.Always available to chat, if... - you're respectful and not discriminatory towards anyone- you have a great story to share and- you love any of the above topics and/or soccer, comedy, music, dogs, travelIf none of this interests you, then why are you still reading?! π€To everyone else: Have a great day! π
