I am an experienced water resources management consultant and I have advised over 75 water, wastewater, recycled water, and stormwater utilities across the country. I specialize in providing data analysis tools, comprehensive dashboards, and financial models that help clients make sense of their data and improve decision-making processes. I am currently a Senior Analyst/Consultant with Carollo Engineers' Utility Advisory Services Group, providing water resources management consulting to utility clients throughout the United States. I am well versed in the requirements of California Proposition 218 and I am an active member of the AWWA Rates and Charges Committee.Prior to my time at Carollo, I completed a Master of Environmental Management degree that gave me training in stormwater management and green infrastructure, water rights in the western U.S., and long-range water use demand and supply planning, among other water resources related topics.
