Mentmii is Gen Alpha’s marketplace for mentorship and mental wellbeing. It was created to help combat the growing isolation epidemic happening among their generation. Mentmii fosters positive social interaction and community by matching high school mentors to grade school mentees for in-person coaching and training in sports, STEM, art and music. We call it skill-share childcare.

Frondeur is a boutique creative consultancy for SME (challenger brands, startups, and non-profits) whose clients included Dan-O’s Seasoning, JFK Presidential Library and Museum, and Mentmii • Dan-O’s Seasoning (Fractional Head of Creative role for 6 months)o Launched 3 new products for the brand with full 360-degree activations in tv, social, promotion, shopper marketing, trade and event; oversaw brand-agency relationships for both AOR and Social AOR; helped establish brand book and brand tone of voice; directly managed the in-house creative services team; and oversaw a packaging redesign • JFK Library: created a new line of merchandise and subsequent advertising to connect a younger audience to the legacy of the former President. • Mentmii: established brand book, visual identity, pitch deck, and oversaw web development and design for the new youth mentorship platform
