Increasingly, businesses are not only focused on increasing shareholder profits and selling more products or services, which is an important foundation, but also are interested in using business to transform lives: giving jobs to the disenfranchised; offering innovative products and services; and bringing general uplift to communities. I am passionate about getting the best training and tools to those who want to run transformational holistic businesses.We currently have conferences and courses in North America, Europe and Asia, with plans for Australia/NZ region and Latin America in the next 3 years. We have also recently launched a talent search service that seeks to address some of the problems faced by companies looking for new hires. As a part of this service we also offer Birkman Assessment and consultancy.I am also a cyclist, cook, father to 3 children, husband to 1 wife, and dedicated to ongoing learning and personal growth.
