I am an experienced litigator and negotiator from my days as a prosecutor and an Assistant Attorney General. This experience has helped me assist adults and minors who have been involved in a motor vehicle accident and accidents at work. I also defend people charged with criminal and/or traffic charges, including DUIs and felonies, defend licensed professionals who are charged with malpractice by their state regulatory agency. I also draft and prepare estate planning documents, including Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, and other legal documents. Some of my goals are to level the playing field for my clients, whether it be dealing with the insurance companies, courts, the police, the Department of Motor Vehicles, state regulatory/agency attorneys, as well as assist my clients with their estate planning needs.Specialties: I am persistent and thorough in what I do for my clients. If desired, for a small fee, I'll meet clients at their home or at a location other than my office. I will mitigate, arbitrate and/or litigate issues and cases when necessary.
