From turnarounds to high growth, my hands-on experience has provided me with an intensely practical commitment to enhancing a firm’s value by leveraging the performance of its people, including the CEO and senior team. I spent 28 years in the C-suite and boardroom of private and public companies, as CFO, COO and CEO, while serving as a Board Member of the companies I led.
