Digital Product Manager
CurrentAs a Digital Product Manager, I lead planning and development for a suite of web and mobile products. The role works closely with project management, product development, and business owners within Vistage.Responsibilities: • Work with and understand the unique requirements of an executive-level online social community. • Develop and implement innovative cost-effective solutions for mobile applications.• Coordinate and conduct customer experiments and testing or utilize end user research to get a deep understanding of customer needs.• Conduct competitive market analysis.• Scope and evaluate specific ideas and/or features for development.• Create business requirements and user interface wireframes.• Prioritize projects for development.• Communicate with all levels of the organization, international partners, and external vendors.• Create quarterly digital engagement reports to track and analyze performance metrics across multiple platforms, as well as monthly digital product trend reports for distribution across departments• Coordinate IT presence at annual company conferencesNotable product launches include:• Vistage Chair App, a comprehensive Salesforce-hosted lead management platform and practice management tool for 500+ CEO coaches (Chairs) • The company's first online membership application • Vistage Studio: Vistage version of the TED talk library• Vistage Networks: exclusive online networking portals around shared industries and interests • Chair Reports: Tableau report suite for metrics on Chair performance, member demographics, referrals, and more September 2014 - Marketing Coordinator January 2015 - Promoted to Product SpecialistNovember 2016 - Promoted to Digital Product Manager Vistage now has over 22,000 members in 20 different countries worldwide and provides peer-to-peer coaching, leadership development, and business mentoring for executives and CEOs. https://www.vistage.com/
