When First National Insurance Agency purchased Coffey & Company, I became the Regional Insurance Director for Maryland, D.C., Northern Virginia and Central Pennsylvania.I worked with the President to establish the long term strategic goals for both in-market, agency-wide business and staff planning and manage the region. Meeting strategic goals, implementing our business plan and ensuring growth and profitability were among my primary responsibilities.
