My sweet spot is enabling teams to have conversations that matter to create cultures where people thrive. I love speaking with audiences about tough topics that impact our everyday work lives, including communicating more clearly across styles and generations, having more productive conversations through healthy conflict, and growing in our emotional maturity and professional skills. An example keynote is Finding Your Voice, where we discuss how one small voice speaks up and changes the world. One small voice speaks truth and brings healing. One small voice is enough to change someone’s day and even someone’s life. Together, we explore the impact of our voice, how to find our voice, how to use our voice in a way that is heard, and last, how can I use my voice to help others be heard. Another keynote is: Geezer. Punk. Whatever. Bridging the Generational Divide, where we get down and dirty with generational differences. We keep hearing about it, and we keep expecting the buzz to go away. But it's not.
