There is no better feeling than the rush of solving a complex issue and being the superhero that saved the day. Since my cape isn't considered business dress, I practice my superhero skills by defending my clients against the villains of the world, and ensure that they and their data are safe and secure. I love solving problems and coming up with solutions, learning the latest technology, and expanding my utility belt of tools and gadgets to stay one step ahead in the tumultuous IT world. Being a superhero necessitates great interpersonal communication skills. Whether you are talking to the head of a company, or the newest intern, being able to relate, explain, and assuage the fear involved when something doesn't work the way they expect, is critical to success. I always manage expectations and provide honest and accurate opinions and advice no matter the situation. I excel whether part of a superhero league, or running solo. I also relish having sidekicks to teach the ropes of the biz. Being nimble and adaptable is definitely a key skill, as you never know what each new issue can bring.
