My tenure at Deloitte Consulting as a CPQ Specialist Master honed my abilities in project architecture, while leading the design and implementation of integration strategies for diverse clients. I owned creating the strategy, capturing the requirements, designing and managing the solution development, deployment and adoption, This included consolidating over 40 configuration and tools for direct and channel sales and client self service. I also was the Sales Operations lead for over 19 major Acquisitions/Mergers and 4 Divestitures, including the split of HP into HPI and HPE.These operations included B2B and B2C for Hardware, Software, Services and As A Service solutions. We implemented guided selling, demand steering and customer self service. Out user base across the environment was in 170+ countries, 13 languages generating over 40,000 quotes per month and $30billion in annual sales. In these activities I have worked with Salesforce, Big Machines, Steel Brick, Oracle and Conga.
