Responsible for procurement of indirect and direct materials for RK Mission Critical. Responsible for supplier evaluation and management, on time material delivery, supplier quality and pricing negotiations.

•Project manager for implementation of NetSuite ERP system and integration of the PLM (Product Life Cycle Management) system. The project was completed before the deadline (within 8 months) and under budget. •Oversaw the selection of a new FSS ticketing system. Negotiated the pricing of system, which resulted in a $44,000 per year cost savings. Implementation of new ticketing system was successfully completed before the deadline (within 2 months) and over 100K under budget. •Managed a cross-functional team of 10 subject matter experts from across the organization.

•Served on the project team for the company’s implementation of ServiceNow ticketing system. The new ticketing system provided the ability to track and report issues with modules in production, ensuring quicker response times for customers. Also improved the quality of data collected at the module level to be used for valuable product improvement. •Managed the development of an in-house Quality and a MCO application. These applications provided the manufacturing team with a systematic way to capture quality issues, and to resolve/track correction, identify patterns, track ECR’s, and automate the identification of effectivity on the product floor.•Developed a New Product Development process for engineering that reduced costly mistakes, reduced material scrap, decreased time to produced, and increased product quality.

•Introduced MRP (Material Requirement Planning) through ERP system, which streamlined purchasing, increase inventory accuracy, and resulted in the ability to have JIT (Just In Time) ordering, further reducing excess inventory. •Established company’s first material management and production process to ensure accurate inventory data. •Created a mixed integer program that optimized factory locations based on sales per region across the globe.

•Implemented the company’s first ERP system for Manufacturing Accounting and Supply Chain, providing the capability to manage inventory, standardize procurement, manage production, and provide data visibility for key business analytics and KPIs.
