As a Construction Project Manager with over 6 years of experience, I specialize in the management of commercial renovation and new construction projects. Currently, I am responsible for all capital construction initiatives across 150+ of Sunbelt Rentals’ Canadian leased and owned locations.This role is dynamic and demanding, involving me to concurrently manage an average of four greenfield design-build projects (ranging from $3M to $15M), ten site relocations ($500K to $1M), seven acquisition takeovers ($100K to $250K), and more than 80 small projects, including LED retrofits, exterior branding updates, and various industrial shop service installations. This breadth of exposure has been invaluable, allowing me to absorb a wealth of knowledge across many disciplines.My role for the past 6 years has also bled into real estate planning, lease review, site selection, code review and financial forecasting. From project initiation to closeout, I take ownership of every phase of the project lifecycle, collaborating closely with a network of preferred vendors and consultants to ensure successful outcomes.
