By improving home worker visibility and audibility, we encourage incidental interactions, hallway conversations, shoulder taps, and social connections once found only in the physical workplace.Consequently, we energise distributed workforces, improve collaboration between and across teams, encourage knowledge-sharing, innovation and wellbeing. SOLUTIONWe advise companies on attaching Virtual Office Environments (VOEs) into their workplace. VOEs are a nascent and rapidly emerging category of collaboration technology that aims to bring the experience of real-world offices to distributed and hybrid workforces. Nevertheless, VOEs vary widely in affordances, fidelity, scale and accessibility.Digital Conversation creates custom environments for organisations, their employees, and the broader workforce.
