In this newly created role, I was responsible for transforming the client engagement experience across all internal-facing IT touch points, including the Service Desk, Provisions, Desktop Field Support, and Change, Communications and Learning teams.

Responsible for partnering with key technology stakeholders within the Corporate Communications, HR and Business Solutions functions to deliver strategic technology solutions to the business. A key part of my role was to provide technology advice to the business leadership and act as the conduit between the IT and the business for all technology matters.

A secondment position to develop the business case for a consolidated Firm wide communications portal. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications, I was responsible for evaluating technology solutions, gathering business requirements and developing the business case for approval. The work completed during this secondment formed the basis of a new Firm wide intranet platform that was later developed and implemented.

Responsible for the implementation and management of technology solutions in support of the Firm’s Learning and Development strategy, and the increased focused on technology-enabled learning. Leading a small team of L&D specialists, we were responsible for delivering the Firm’s compliance eLearning portfolio and administering the Learning Management System.

I served as an Infantry Officer within the Australian Army in a range of leadership, training and operational management roles both in Australia and overseas.
