I’m a technologist, strategist, speaker, and writer. I’ve led digital transformations from the early days of the internet, through to the cutting edge of data-driven customer experience today. My experience spans leading sales for a US startup, CIO at the Australian Financial Review, and guiding customer strategy and advisory for Adobe APAC. I’ve been fortunate to work in a number of sectors including Media, Education, Tourism, Retail and Government. It’s fascinating to see the commonalities and differences in these businesses as they tackle the opportunities of digital. I’m a technology optimist with a difference. We are moving toward greater automation via AI, and customisable views of the world through mixed reality and VR. As these changes occur I strongly believe in the importance and uniqueness of the human at the centre.
