As well as working directly with these high-performing teams, I appear at major conferences and academic institutions across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia to discuss the performance transformation, and the changing role of the salesperson.I have been sales-focused throughout my career and in recent years I have focused on working with the world’s top performing sales teams to guide them through this period of unprecedented technological change. Global giants including Cisco, HP, Dow Chemical and Deloitte have placed their trust in our ability to help them raise the performance bar.I have also co-authored three books. 100 Big Ideas to Help You Succeed challenges business people at all levels to affect positive, long-term changes in their outlook on the workplace. The Salesperson’s Secret Code takes an innovative approach to identifying the optimal combination of beliefs and motivations which are present in top-performing salespeople. As its name suggests, the Leader’s Secret Code was a similar research project into the beliefs which top-performing leaders hold and the consequent behaviours they display. And the good news is that once we know this ‘secret code’ anyone can model the best of the best.
