With over 35 years work experience in the retail, automotive industry, and 20 years’ in frontline law enforcement and crime investigations at Victoria Police, I have developed excellent verbal and written communication skills, which I utilise on a daily basis, as well as the ability to strategically solve problems whilst managing my personal case load as well as resourcefully supervising a team of investigators. As a manger I lead by example with determination. My core focus has been the personal development and mental health of those who’s responsibility I am charged with. I have specialised in crime investigations within Victoria Police Crime Command working in Organised Crime, Crime Tasked Operations, Drug Task Force, Santiago Task Force and the Purana Task Force investigating serious and organised crime. I have conducted and undertaken local, regional, state and international crime investigations working intrinsically with victims of crime, internal and external key stake holders and other L.E.A.’s. I am proficient in the collection, collaboration and presentation of evidence and have given evidence at the Children's, Magistrates, County and Supreme Court of Victoria. As a police veteran I have a proven track record of working efficiently and effectively independent as well as in a team environment. I maintain high ethical standards in both my personal and professionally life and thrive in personal development. I have been awarded the National Police Service Medal, National Medal, Victoria Police Star and Victoria Police Diligent and Ethical Service Medal, with 20 year bar for service to the Victoria Community.
