Mark primarily advises leading, highly diversified global investment managers with billions of assets under management (Fortress Investment Group, and Cantor Fitzgerald), real estate investment trusts (REITs), including equity REITs (eREITs), mortgage-backed security REITs (mREITs), and public non-traded REITs (NTRs / NAV REITs). He has also worked with publicly traded and SEC-regulated entities, financial services institutions, real estate companies, private equity firms, and hedge funds. His responsibilities include onboarding, due diligence, valuation, IPOs, acquisitions, dispositions, net asset value analysis, debt offerings, and derivatives for clients. Mark was the Executive Director / Vice President at a leading global investment banking, securities, and investment management firm, where he provided firmwide global SEC reporting, management, and analytics services. (Goldman Sachs, and previously Mizuho Financial Group) Mark held positions at prominent Big 4 accounting / advisory firms. (Ernst & Young, and previously PwC) He also held the position of Vice President of Finance and Financial Reporting at one of the largest publicly traded REITs in the country.
