Part of my success, was my ability to immerse myself in solving complex problems that led to promotions and high-profile roles.I am particularly strong in developing and deploying innovative models, certification/training programs, processes, and tools that have gained recognition for improved ways of working, and have been adopted as best practices throughout Ericsson.Equally strong in analyzing obstacles and issues, identifying best approach to solve problems, communicating the issues and solutions to stakeholders, securing buy-in, establishing the structure, and overcoming challenges from both the management and implementation levels.I have a proven track record of coaching, mentoring, and mobilizing teams in the on-time and within budget delivery of high-profile programs that have transformed, modernized, standardized, and automated business operations.At Ericsson, I built and managed the Project Management Office (PMO) for the company’s new North American Systems Integration which generated $200M-$300M each year from a portfolio of multi-year projects.I led 820 resources to deliver more than 1,000 profitable projects each year for Ericsson North America in adherence to business objectives and with strong value.Earlier in my career, I was selected by Hyundai Information Technology to manage a $65M project for the Korean government to build a world-class international airport.Additionally at Raytheon Service Company, I led the deployment of physical security systems for nuclear and chemical storage facilities worldwide.
