Reporting to the Nordic Baltic zone leadership team; strategic objective to transform the sales organisation (~600 people) to be truly customer centric, results orientated, motivated and engaged, coached by professional managers and supported by best in class insight, tools and processes.

Head-hunted to lead a new global continuous improvement programme. Sales Excellence is a change management initiative designed to identify and alter the key levers of profitable growth. Global business advocate for Salesforce.com to ensure sales best practice is incorporated into the CRM tool.

Reporting to the UK leadership team, responsible for leading and driving sales in the End User installed base in order to exceed the business target of £70M. Developing and implementing sales, marketing and account management strategy. Generating and driving tactical initiatives. Managed, coached and developed the UK & Ireland Sales teams (~50 people).

Reporting to the UK Board, responsible for the day to day running of the business, to include operations, sales, commercial and administrative aspects of the business which included full P&L accountability.

Reporting to the General Manager, responsible for the leadership, growth and coaching of the Sales team in order to exceed order input and margin targets. Secured high profile projects including HSBC and Lehman Brothers HQ’s in Canary Wharf London. Annual sales targets exceeded every year.
