Mark Seely BS, MBA, is President of Mobile Systems Consulting, a 3G / 4G training and consulting service provider for teams responsible for the design, marketing, deployment, and optimization of CDMA / OFDMA networks, products and services. Mr. Seely has over two decades of wireless industry experience and is a recognized expert in UMTS and LTE systems . He was a post-baccalaureate Professor for the University of California San Diego (UCSD) where he taught in the Wireless Specialization Certificate Program. Mark is a US Navy certified Master Training Specialist, and an award winning instructor, who has developed and delivered CDMA, UMTS, HSPA, LTE and LTE Advanced technology and deployment based courses to an international customer list of nearly 100 companies. He periodically engages in essential 3GPP and 3GPP2 patent analysis, expert report and witness services, for product/technology infringement related claims. Expert witnessPrior to founding Mobile Systems, he headed the 3G standards and engineering training group for Ericsson's Academy of Business and Technology. Preceding Ericsson, Mr. Seely served as a co-founder and Staff Instructor/Consultant for QUALCOMM's CDMA University.
