Infor FSM Financial Implementation Consultant – 26 years of client consulting with version 7.0, 8.0, 9.0, 10.0 and most recently Infor latest FSM Version 2023.09.01.29. One of the first consultants with Infor FSM Hospital implementation experience. Most recent Healthcare client successfully live in 2022 in Leadville, Colorado with an Implementation of Infor CloudSuite Financials and Supply Management. Prior to that implemented Infor FSM for an exceptionally large international Healthcare organization in Dallas, Texas that went successfully live in CloudSuite with 37,000 employees. Multiple past clients in Infor/Lawson S3 Version 10 and earlier, including a recent Grant, Billing and Revenue Implementation successfully live quickly in Buffalo, New York. Other recent successful clients that are live include a Large Hospital System in Des Moines, Iowa, and another implementation at the Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. Lawson work began in 1997 in version 7.0.8, with successful go-lives in most every version since using versions 7.0, 8.0 and 9.1 and 10. Most projects involved General Ledger, Projects, Billing and Revenue, Asset Management, Budgeting, AP and AR, Billing, Reporting and Data Conversions using Infor Software Designer (ISD) and Excel Add In’s for earlier versions. With 36 years of experience as a CloudSuite Design Architect, Consultant, Team Leader, Project Manager, Hospital System Accounting Manager, Tax Preparer, Banker and Operations Supervisor, skills and qualifications include upgrades, implementation, business needs analysis and redesign, process re-engineering, project planning and post-implementation audits. Assisted Lawson clients in many industries to manage their software implementations over the past twenty-six years. Outside of Healthcare clients included Professional Services, Government, Retail, Construction, Educational Services, School Districts, Financial Services, Mortgage Insurance, and a large International Bank that created an Aircraft Leasing Multinational Organization.
