Within the given role I have helped establish a national account and novel product line to include a Special Pricing Agreement established between Deako, DR Horton builders, and Graybar Electric which has led to over 3 million in product Sales across the United States within two years’ time. I work directly with customers on ordering material, ensure material arrives on time, and follow up to verify that clients are satisfied- while attempting to grow the business. Operate closely with Deako to ensure product management and access across multiple geographic locations and business environments Nationwide on a day-to-day basis. Develop relationships which lead to more sales on merchandise outside of the primary product.

My responsibilities within Frasco Inc. primarily consisted of conducting investigations with the implementation of the various functions related to investigative surveillance, with a case load which is principally comprised of workers comp and disability litigations, insurance processes, and fraud analyses, as well as experience in corporate investigations. These duties included the organization and execution of diverse undercover surveillance operations and techniques while utilizing electronic recording equipment, technologies, persons, and industry procedures; the development and composing of reports and related documentation in which to be used in legal proceedings; testifying under oath in administrative hearings and court cases in order to relay and articulate investigative findings; and verifying the validity and admissibility of evidence, while preserving its integrity for court hearings. In this role, I vigilantly observed, collected, and documented behaviors, actions, statements, and related evidentiary materials; research, review, and composed case files, backgrounds, and legal documentation; conducted and analyzed social media probes and general online inquiries; prepared case reports from allegations, interview transcripts, and physical evidence obtained during investigations; as well as authenticated the validity and admissibility of evidence and preserved its integrity for legal proceedings. I have also undertook the training and implementation of new recruits for the Company throughout the greater Bay Area/Northern California/Northern Nevada regions. Introducing new investigators to the art of surveillance and Company standards and procedures, as well as updating newly acquired seasoned veterans on policy, industry techniques and procedures, and company specific procedures.

Conducted numerous and extensive training exercises, as well as partook in copious hours of classroom time on subjects which included, and ranged from intense team and individual development courses; security protocols, theory, and implementation; effective communication- to include the utilization of advanced equipment and techniques; advanced tactical heavy and light equipment operation and maintenance, firearms and explosives operation and safety; first aid; and, leadership skills to include the management of personnel in high stress situations. Chiefly, my military experience instilled in me the cornerstones of conducting myself honorably, in both my professional as well as personal life. Integrity, Respect, Loyalty, Selfless Service, Duty, Honor, and Personal Courage, are the Army values- and those in which I form my creed. I learned the ability to successfully operate as both a team leader as well as a team member; how to work with individuals from all ranges of ethnicity, age, status, religion, and credo; ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines; place emphasis on safety; ability to conform to rules and structure- while providing a unique perspective and problem-solving attitude; and, systematic planning and organization. Served in Operation Iraqi Freedom April 2008 through July 2009 as part of the PSD (Personal Security Detachment) Platoon for the Battalion Command Staff and numerous VIP's including General Petraeous, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, Admiral Mullen, The Army Chief of Staff, General Casey, Ambassador Ryan Crocker, a number of Congressional delegations, and many others.

While bagging groceries, stocking shelves, or most any other needed task, I maintained a positive attitude and a smile while ensuring that any and all patrons within my immediate radius were happily greeted.
