Senior Customer Success Manager
CurrentWorking in partnership with a Strategic Account Manager, responsible for a portfolio of 5 key strategic clients, generating approximately $4MM in ARR. Primary duties include increasing client adoption and expanding their automation programs, supporting their operational and training environments, and supporting and optimizing their infrastructure for continued success and growth. The SAM and CSM work together to coordinate the resources within AAI, including Solution Engineering, Product Engineering, Field & Technical Support, and Professional Services.
