An experienced logistics and supply chain executive, I have recently returned to Canada after a successful 25+ year career in Asia, most recently with DHL Global Forwarding.Throughout my career, I have navigated significant challenges and transformative events, including the Asian Financial Crisis, the ILWU dock strike, the Lehman Shock and Global Financial Crisis, and the Japanese 3-11 earthquake, tsunami, and nuclear crisis in Fukushima.During these times, I held key leadership positions, such as COO and Managing Director for DHL Japan, where my team and I were recognized by multiple customers, the UN World Food Program, and the Chairman of DHL Group.More recently, I managed the complexities of the Covid-19 pandemic and Hong Kong protests as Managing Director for DHL Global Forwarding in Hong Kong, arranging the territory's vaccine supply and playing a key role in resolving the crisis.I look forward to leveraging my logistics and supply chain expertise or helping Canadian companies expand their business in Asia.
