đź‘‹ Hello! I'm Mark, a full-stack developer with a keen interest in front-end development. I recently graduated from CodeClan's professional software development bootcamp, following a career as a freelance videographer. I enjoy all things code, especially working with React and the JavaScript ecosystem. Studying at CodeClan equipped me with a solid foundation in full-stack development. I covered various back-end technologies (Java/Spring, Node.js/Express, Python), database interactions (PostgreSQL, MongoDB), API integration and front-end development with JavaScript and React. Before CodeClan, I spent almost seven years working as a freelance videographer and drone operator. My experience working in the film industry allowed me to develop a keen attention to detail, strong client collaboration skills and a creative approach to problem-solving, skills I value as I've transitioned into software development. I love a challenge and find it incredibly rewarding to see an application I've envisioned come to life. Since graduating, I've been actively working on expanding my skillset. For my most recent projects, I've particularly enjoyed the streamlined workflow of Next.js, the type safety of TypeScript, and the efficiency of Prisma ORM. I'm excited to take the next step in my career and collaborate with an innovative team where I can apply my skills and experience while continuing to learn and grow as a developer. I'm actively seeking new opportunities, so please don't hesitate to connect!
