Answering directly to the C suite team my role started as boots on the ground / deal flow and project management in California as the company positioned for vertically integrated operations in the world’s most mature medical cannabis market. My duties and contributions evolved company-wide to include bringing subject matter expertise to strategic planning and execution of FLUENT initiatives in multiple markets including Production/Cultivation optimization, Taxonomy, Ecosystem, IP Strategy and Development of Intellectual Property and Strategic Relationships (operational and research focus), integration of “Craft” and “Artisanal” biologically based cultivation and IPM practices into the company’s production facilities to complement base salt nutrient protocols, review of climate maps and RE listings for purpose of identification of special appellations worldwide with standout potential for sun grown cannabis / hemp cultivation and expansion of the company’s property portfolio and technology suite. Cansortium Holdings combines financial, academic and operational expertise to strategically invest in emerging and mature Medical Cannabis markets worldwide. Advised the founder in developing both the intellectual property and product model strategies for a proprietary medical ultrasound "keepsake" and/or "patient E-record" cloud based mobile-capable information technology. Introduced technologist to project who became co-founder bringing both intellectual and monetary capital with one introduction. Interfaced between co-founders, developers and intellectual property attorneys to craft comprehensive utility patent claims that greatly expanded the potential value of the IP beyond the original product model to include patient managed medical records and physician collaboration value propositions. Continued high-level advisory / non-daily value contributions are in the form of ongoing legal liaison functions during prosecution of patents, ongoing IP / business development strategies and PR copy contributions.

Business and IP Strategy, Development and Execution. Team and Marketplace Liaison for the Company's push to develop and commercialize revolutionary patented and patent pending "Cambertire," "Tire Rocker" and five additional currently "skunkworks" tire technologies including one of which was personally concieved and co-invented with the company's pioneering engineer and another co-invented with the founder. The first of these technologies that where made public, the "Cambertire," Automobile Magazine has hailed as a "Top Ten Emerging Automotive Technology" after testing against the current "best in class" competitors' tires. Duties include interfacing between founder, engineering and intellectual property attorneys with responsibility for all preliminary patent, public domain and market research. Daily activities include driving and supporting the concerted effort to commercialize cambertire design technology through a blended manufacturing, private label manufacturing, and licensing model --- four cambertire models currently available direct at cambertire.com. Responsibilities have also included investor prospecting, presenting and relations, technology licensing agreements, and pursuit of cooperative technology development opportunities as a means to introduce technology to new OEMs, as well as, support of the ongoing testing by multiple OEMs.
