Senior Manager, Marketing Operations
Responsible for managing day-to-day marketing initiatives, workflow and the development and implementation of marketing strategies for 4 lines of business (Shumsky, Boost Rewards, Shumsky Therapeutic Pillows and Outta the Box Dispensers). -Develop marketing strategies/plans, business collateral, case studies and PR to support short and long term initiatives-Oversee the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns to ensure relevance and brand compliance-Create optimized online content for corporate websites, press releases, blogs and 20 social media channels-Manage annual marketing calendars for 4 lines of business-Develop presentation materials for sales staff to use with prospects and current customers-Execute, analyze and present results of all marketing campaigns (email, traditional, social, digital)-Lead RFP process to create a competitive and compelling response by partnering with internal department leaders for input-Plan, organize and execute corporate trade show exhibits and annual end user events-Manage adequate stock of promotional materials for sales purposes-Support new client implementations by developing appropriate collateral based on the audience and buyer demographicsExperience with tools such as: Adobe Acrobat, Buffer, Facebook Advertising, Google Apps, Google Ads and Analytics, Hootsuite, Hubspot, LinkedIn Advertising, Mailchimp, MS Office, Slack, SurveyMonkey, WordPress, Wrike, Zapier and a variety of ecommerce platforms.
