I was responsible for:• Day to day management of a recruitment team including P&L responsibility for the NSW (Sydney) office.• Developing best practice recruitment delivery through team/location amalgamation across x3 offices. • Training, developing and mentoring the national recruitment team (Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney).• Hands-on recruitment (difficult, complex and strategic roles).• Operational responsibilities, eg, sourcing/ selection of office space and lease negotiation.• Sourcing and selecting a candidate database tool (CRIS/TRIS).• Business Development and client stakeholder management.• Speaker at JAOO Conference – “Psychometric Testing in Technology”.
