These three building will be connected with an atrium and modified to meet the requirements for a boutique hotel/restaurant setting. Buildings listed on the National Register of Historic Places and we have issued design to the Department of Historic Resources and the National Park Service for approval.______________________________________________________________________________Projects that were put on hold are breaking loose now. Some have been on hold for over a year, some for months. It is not the warm weather that has brought these projects out of hibernation. We see helping clients with data, designs, VE and scheduling ahead of their pursuit of funding is of great value for the owner as well as for us as their architect. We see it as a team effort...if they do not get funding...no project...no design. Also, seems to be owners are more in-tune with financing institute requirements and fluff after the first go-a-round.
