Experienced technical advisor and business support officer (1st and 2nd line support) and am passionate about working with my teams to deliver great outcomes for the organisation I work for. Solid IT and technical knowledge (primarily with Microsoft Dynamics/Azzure) and a passion about continually developing my skills and that of my teams to ensure we work smartly and innovatively in ever demanding and time sensitive environments. I also appreciate the importance of test and learn, particularly within software, and have worked on different projects that have followed both the agile and waterfall approaches – depending on what we deemed was most appropriate. I am vastly experienced in use of UAT and PROD environments for testing and implementing software and I have led on multiple projects to launch software within my varying roles. I have worked with and led in-house teams that I have strategically driven and managed to deliver on projects and achieve great results, including the launch of a CAFM system to enable staff to work paper-free and increase efficiency and drive an increase in data capture. This data enabled processes to be streamlined and for budgets to be allocated effectively. I have a PRINCE2 Project Management qualification and have experience of rolling out projects, including a calling campaign to increase applicant attendance at applicant days. The introduction of a new student portal system and a paperless roll-out for the Estates department with use of a new CAFM system. I have experience of project work, inclusive of strategy and implementation. Proficient in presenting data in customised forms through Power BI and SQL. Building strong working relationships with a large variety of colleagues and senior stakeholders across our different sites and with partner organisations globally. I am looking for a role that would see me return to delivering on projects. I really enjoyed working within the business support and technical advisory and development workspace, as well as managing teams and I would like to continue to develop my skills in this role.
