I founded Welbee to help solve the big problems districts, MATs, schools, & colleges face. ► Reducing the number of staff leaving the profession & recruitment► Reducing staff absences due to stress & overwhelm► Improving climate, staff engagement & student outcomes► Improving financial performanceUsing a systemised and evidence informed approach, with evidence built measurement & tracking that meets recognised standards.𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗪𝗘 𝗗𝗢 𝗜𝗧Welbee delivers staff feedback, using the best evidence for building a thriving workplace. Most importantly, by suggesting actions (on top of the usual analysis) you can move quickly to tackle the causes of poor staff wellbeing and high stress. We track progress and allow two-way anonymous conversations.𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗪𝗘 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛District. MAT & school leaders from across phases and sectors. What they have in common is:► A belief that staff really are their most important asset & behaviours that match► The desire to systematically tackle the causes of poor climate & staff wellbeing.► The ambition to improve staff retention & absences and create an environment where staff can do their best work.𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗣𝗘𝗢𝗣𝗟𝗘 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗦𝗔𝗬𝗜𝗡𝗚We have many happy school customers (videos on website). The two recommendations below are typical responses we get: “I found the whole process very useful, user friendly and it was easy to review our results. We were able to quickly identify the right actions and it was so powerful - we can already see a difference."“It is an excellent package and I know it will lead to real change. The report is detailed and is pertinent to all employees. The recommended actions help drive the strategy to improve welfare amongst staff. It has helped me to focus on key areas and ones which can improve it quickly. I would fully recommend it."𝗠𝗬 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘A former board member & senior leader. My last 'Job' was working nationally in a challenging retail & financial services culture, bringing together the staff of three different organisations to deliver the outcomes needed. Education has always been my passion. Mum was a teacher, I have been a school board member for over 20 years, chaired a 13 school trust & co-founded a national charity that supported over 250,000 students in developing character and better life skills.

Founder, Wellbeing Expert, Engagement & Performance ImprovementWellbeing Accelerator Ltd (Part Of Nineteenminutes Ltd) Sep 2017 - PresentBillericay, England, United KingdomI continue to work and consult with a small number of businesses alongside the development of our on-line platform to support those key workers in schools. If your aim is to improve the performance and engagement of your employees, while reducing associated costs, through building employee wellbeing and engagement into your culture then I can help. Despite the rise in employee engagement and welfare programmes, its interesting to see how engagement levels are not really moving up and at the same time we are seeing a rise in mental ill-health and stress related illnesses.I work with leaders who not only say that employees are their most important asset, but whose behaviours demonstrate it. That have a focus on tackling causes of poor engagement, retention and absences, rather than symptoms and quick fixes. The evidence that improving employee wellbeing and experience leads to better financial results is compelling - I am happy to share it with you. And it can be improved across the entire employee lifecycle of attraction, recruitment, on-boarding, managing performance, development and, if and when it happens, farewell? The Wellbeing Accelerator exists to educate, motivate, support and inspire leaders to achieve more than they think possible through creating a culture where their employees want to work and thrive. If you want to find out more or are ready to put down the right foundations you can contact me on marksolomons@wellbeingaccelerator.com or connect here on LinkedIn.
