The EFCV are a bunch of volunteers helping to conserve, preserve, restore and protect Epping Forest, the lungs of London. There's lopping and chopping and sawing and clearing and anything we can do to help the three great kingdoms of nature - flora, fauna and fungi. I just put the newsletter together.

This is a small charity run by my friends who had a premature child who died in their arms a few weeks later. It raises money to fund research, buy equipment and train physicians. I try and help them in whatever pathetically small way I can, usually by pestering my mates to run marathons, give me money or donate stuff for auctions/raffles and so on.
