I regularly assist clients in the management and enforcement of domestic and international trademark portfolios from selection of a mark to protection through registration, oppositions and cancellations before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and anti-counterfeiting measures working with U.S. Customs and associate counsel in other countries.MEDIATION SERVICESI presently serve on the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and have been trained as a mediator by INTA. I am listed on the International Trademark Association Panel of Neutrals.BREADTH OF EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISEPrior to practicing trademark law, I served as a Deputy City Attorney for the City and County of San Francisco and was fortunate to try a significant number of cases.
