Reporting to the CEO and a member of the executive team, this role was responsible for the sales and marketing of ABB's Power Products and Power Systems Divisions to the AU market attracting an annual revenue base of in excess of AUD600M.Key succes factors:* Exceeded sales order and revenue targets by 15% in 2008.* Successfully increased market share in all product groups 2008-2011.* Built a market and opportunity focused regionally based sales organisation that drove hit rates from 15% to 25% within 18 months.* Set up key account management structure for all Transmission and Distribution Electrical Utilities* Led key account management and major project pursuit teams within the Utility, EPC and Industrial markets.

Reporting to the GM Sales and Marketing, this role was responsible for the sales and marketing of ABB's High Voltage Switchgear and Power Transformers to the AU market.Key success factors:* Relocation of local manufacture of Small Power Transformers from AU to Thailand and Vietnam within 8 months of outsource decision* Developed market strategies that successfuly introduced regional suppliers (factory acceptance, certification etc) * Successfully grew sales order volumes from AUD18M to AUD122M from 2005 to 2008 * Built and managed a team of 22 sales, finance, engineering and project management professionals* Worked closely with suppliers to ensure that customer requirements were well understood

Led a team of operational and engineering professionals that introduced the latest generation of Instrument Transformer product and process technologies from ABB Sweden to the Australian operation without any loss of time from injury over a three year period with exposure to 280,000Hrs of work.

Reporting to the GM, this role was responsible for operational management, logistics, planning, procurement, engineering design, installation as well as a nationally based organisation that provided a 24/7 breakdown and maintenance service to the Australian retail supermarket industry.

Email (electricity metering and allied industries limited) Meters from mid 1970's was considered to be the pinnacle of manufacturing facities in AU with a fully integrated KANBAN system that supplied all internal and external customers. Reporting to the Email group GM, this role was responsible for all national operational facilities (Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne & Perth) that encompassed all aspects of operational management, planning, supply chain, logistics, industrial/human relations as well as OHS and environmental management.
