Senior modeller responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining all digital aspects of the current markets expectations of BIM and coordinated projects to a very high level of detail. Extensive use of Point Cloud Lidar Models obtained by our in-house team to determine feasibility of existing asset revival and re-purposing. Creating analytical models for finite element analysis backed up via the use of real live asset data collected via remote sensors and scanners in place throughout our wide range of projects nationwide. Putting in place procedures and methods for creating digital embodied carbon models utilising actual data obtained via our range of sensors and GPR scanners in order to deliver reliable embodied carbon reports to our clients. Establish very high level detail digital models for our construction teams in order to facilitate construction and erection methodologies including highly accurate volumes, areas and lengths to enable efficient use of materials with minimal waste
