My passion has been creating successful teams within businesses that are always stronger than the sum of their parts.With over 30 years at Executive Board level across retail financial services companies, as founder and Managing Director of Lewis Chambers Independent Financial Advisers, post acquisition in 2017 as Group Proposition & Marketing Director, then Group Communications Director of Succession Wealth, responsible for a full rebranding from Succession Group to Succession Wealth.A short time at Mattioli Woods during the Covid Pandemic cemented my view that Clients are rarely served well or at the heart of private equity backed or publicly listed businesses. I have a deep understanding of financial services distribution, creating and implementing strategies, bringing through the next generation and building & re-engineering IFA Practices, focusing on organic growth and through several acquisitions. Having spent 25 years building and then selling what I consider ‘to date’ to be my life’s work, I have great experience as vendor and acquirer and as important integration, in my experience a continued challenge without great communication and willingness of the teams on both sides. Chambers Wealth LLP soft launch with the help of Beaufort (now Finli) was invaluable, however we are delighted to have joined the exceptional Ascot Wealth Team as and Appointed Representative where our fabulous clients present and future can expect to be at the heart of all we do.
