Saved over $15 billion in AUM at risk that stayed in AB Global passive strategies during the crisis. Member of senior-level group formed to address historical operational errors. This required a deep understanding of legal, compliance, trading, corporate actions and settlement protocol within the sub-advisory space. This resulted in AXA's compliance group changing our grade from a "D" to an "A". Integrally involved in start-up of $6 billion AXA "ATM" equity portfolios, and the $1.1 billion AXA ATM core bond portfolio.In 2011, reassumed leadership of Taft-Hartley Group as a player/coach in wake of team departures. Stabilized team through leadership by example; met all major clients and their consultants to reassure them about organizational and performance issues. Won over $100 million in new mandates in first four months in new role.
