As one of the investment and development Directors at Hines UK, my role is to seek new business opportunities in central London and southeast England for office led projects to include mixed use deals where possible. Recent successful transactions include Broadgate West, a £280m / 430,000 sq ft office investment deal in the City of London which included a JV with HSBC and the redevelopment of Cannon Place, a speculative 400,000 sq ft office building located above Cannon Street Station in the City of London. www.cannonplace.co.uk. Roles include a cradle to grave approach including acquisition, finance, JV, development, leasing and sale.

I was involved in the Central London Investment and Development team. Projects include; 10 Grosvenor Street, 1 London Wall, Bishops Square, St Botolphs Hall, Northgate, Shoreditch High Street development Site, Bishopsgate Goods Yard, 125 Old Broad Street and 60 Threadneedle Street. In addition, I spent 1 year in Paris where I had involvement in selling 9 Place Vendome and buying a retail park development site in Rennes.
