Primarily working in the Physiotherapy Outpatients Department, I delivered quality physiotherapy clinical services across a full musculoskeletal and orthopaedic physiotherapy outpatient caseload. Based in the community I also supervised weekly hydrotherapy and hippotherapy (horse based) physiotherapy. In this role I gained valuable experience with NDIS reporting, completing NDIS functional capacity assessments and in the recommendation of assistive technology equipment. With a professional background in management and leadership I often collaborated with my fellow team members to review current work policies and processes.
