Also act as a GoHealth spokesperson, health insurance expert and interviewee for TV, radio, print and online media. Tools and vendors used: Wordpress, Marketwire. • Messaging, branding and content for GoHealth consumer media and all of its online properties. • Web analytics reporting and configuration. Tools used: Adobe SiteCatalyst, Google Analytics, Adobe Test&Target.• Other past and present responsibilities: team management, marketing P&L, driving direct margin, vendor relationships, customer service, copy editing, surveys, online chat, call center scripting, voice-overs and IVR recordings, email deliverability, split-testing, lead generation, front-end HTML/CSS, project management, business analysis and ownership, BPO marketing consulting and execution.
