I am a Program Audit Lead Analyst at the Maryland Department of Human Services (MD DHS), where I protect the integrity of the Family Investment Administration's benefit programs department-wide. With years of experience in human services, I have developed a keen expertise in quality control, program evaluation, and eligibility determination. In my current role, I assist the Program Audit Manager in overseeing the production and ensuring quality and timeliness of the eligibility and quality control review process. I also maintain the database and serve as a Security Monitor. Additionally, I submit monthly federal quality control reviews to the United States Department of Agriculture. In my previous roles at MD DHS, I conducted studies and analyses of agency programs and procedures, assigned and reviewed the work of lower-level Family Investment Specialists, and provided specialized services to customers in need. I am passionate about improving system efficiency and operations, and meeting the needs of our service recipients with empathy and precision.
