Account Executive Generated revenue and grew the Hispanic sales division to become top of mind on all media buys at the largest Hispanic advertising agencies such as Castells & Asociados, Acento, RLR Advertising, Anita Santiago, Casanova Pendrill, and La Agencia de Orci & Asociados, among others.  Consistently increased annual revenue, up to 50%, and garnered higher shares by leveraging strong sales skills and utilizing long-standing agency and client relationships.  Utilized NHSI, NSI and qualitative research data to secure new business for Adlink's 3 Spanish-language networks: Galavisión, Fox Sports Español and ESPN Deportes. New advertisers included, but were not limited to: McDonald's, Toyota, Honda, T-Mobile, Wells Fargo, California State Lottery, Corona, Chivas USA, and the U.S. Army.  Cultivated and drove revenue growth for Adlink's 42 English-language networks by bringing in new accounts such as Infinity Insurance, L.A. Care, University of Redlands, Canadian Tourism Commission, Israel Ministry of Tourism, Men's Wearhouse, NHTSA, and others.  Successfully expanded agency portfolio throughout the U.S. and Canada by utilizing CMR data, cold calling and station monitoring in order to capture incremental revenue.  Responsible for packaging and presenting advanced advertising opportunities including VOD (video on demand), online, mobile text, sweepstakes, program sponsorships, and onsite marketing opportunities.  Instrumental in launching AdConexión L.A., Adlink's dedicated Hispanic Division, in 2006. Partnered with the Research, Marketing and Programming departments to develop a multi-cultural media kit, winner of two industry awards: NAMIC, Excellence in Multi-cultural Marketing and CTAM, Gold Mark Award.

 Responsible for selling advertising for Telemundo's 50+ affiliated and 8 owned-and-operated stations across the U.S. and Puerto Rico.  Continuously achieved and exceeded sales budgets during all 4 years as an Account Executive. Due to excellent performance, earned a larger and more challenging territory that included: Orange County, San Diego and Arizona.
